Job Description

• Track monthly sales and ensure stocks are on sufficient inventory level
• Liaise with clients and delivery team on right product delivery and schedule
• Assist logistic team on stock planning and arrangement
• Provide client servicing to customers on any product inquiry and availability
• Evaluate past sales record and follow up with customers on upcoming order schedule
• Data entry on inventory in/out, monitor and maintain healthy stock level 
• Create forecast, research on trend and plan new items ordering 
• Office administrative and operation tasks

Qualification

• Preferred degree in supply chain, accounting knowledge and work background in planning
• Accuracy is key. Planner must be attention to detail, work independently to ensure smooth operation 
• Client service and problem solving skill provide and assist the team and client on smooth operation 
• Energetic! It’s always good to be part of a startup team to learn, explore and expand startup business in Hong Kong
• Interest in gaining experience at a startup company with social responsibility
