Digital Content & IT Support Officer

Key Responsibilities

1) Digital Public Engagement & Content Support

  • Prepare, format, and upload digital content for companay website and related social media platforms.

  • Prepare, edit, and integrate multimedia content (e.g., video editing, graphics).

  • Explore and apply innovative digital tools and AI technologies to improve public engagement and internal workflows.

2) IT Infrastructure & System Support (OMRMS and Other IT Systems)

  • Assist with the development and operation of system by providing technical and administrative support, including:

    • hardware setup

    • user testing

    • data entry

  • Help with basic computer system setup, general IT troubleshooting, and user account administration.

  • Support routine backup and restoration for server systems.

  • Assist with software/hardware installation and provide general administrative support to systems and other IT systems.
