R&D Technician (Team Lead)

My client is a fast-growing SaaS company in the POS space, scaling globally and looking for a tech leader to drive innovation and delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end development of key features and integrations for POS and fintech systems.

  • Drive agile workflows, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality code delivery.

  • Build web and mobile apps (React, React Native) and scalable APIs (Node.js, Golang).

  • Optimize multi-region deployments, MongoDB sharding, and Kubernetes clusters.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape technical roadmaps and ensure compliance.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in software engineering, 2+ years in team leadership.

  • Strong experience in SaaS scaling and high-traffic systems.

  • Full-stack skills: React, React Native, Node.js, Golang.

  • Expertise in MongoDB and Kubernetes.

  • Agile/Scrum knowledge; certification is a plus.

  • Excellent communication in English and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
