We are looking for an experienced and talented sales or recruitment professional, who has good sales and recruitment experiences.

We are currently seeking dynamic professionals for two key roles: Recruitment Manager and Sales & Admission Manager.

1. Senior Recruitment Consultant for an IT recruitment firm

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to find candidates, including social media and job boards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT recruitment preferred.

• Strong background in sales and business development.

• Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin; English is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• We are open to both Full time and Freelance arrangement.

2. Senior Growth Officer for a leading IT training institute 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee training operations and manage the admission process.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and enroll students.

• Handle admission inquiries and provide information about programs.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify ideal candidates.

• Build relationships with prospective students and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and business development; experience in education or training preferred.

• Strong interest in technology and education.

• Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin; English is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
