Responsibilities:
•使用精益工具指导并推动工厂开展精益改善项目和KPI指标达成及绩效持续改进（如安全、效率、成本、质量、生产周期、劳动负荷、计划达成等）。
Coaches and promotes each LOB on lean projects implementation and KPI achievement as well as performance continuous improvement with lean tools (such as Safety, Efficiency, Cost, Quality, LT, Burden, Production Attainment and so forth).
•负责工厂精益体系（VOS维谛运营系统）部署/执行/实施，并持续提升全球VOS成熟度认证等级，精益成果持续性维护、精益知识构建、精益技能提升，精益最佳实践分享等。
Accountable for facility lean/VOS deployment and implementation, achieving global VOS maturity level (1`5 stars) continuously, lean result sustainability, lean knowledge /skill improvement, and lean best practice sharing.
•精益持续改善数据分析，包括业务流程基础现状、量化数据跟踪及持续改善等。
Implements lean & CI analysis including baseline of assigned departments business processes, data measurement, and continuous improvement.
•精益班组、精益项目组长培训与实践效果跟踪。
  Accountable for lean training and application result tracking for Team Leader and project leader. 
•识别流程及现场改善机会点，并积极主动推进流程和现场管理持续改善。
Identifies process and site improvement opportunities, takes change initiatives, and drives continuously improvement on both process and site management.
•完成经理安排的其他业务工作。
Assists in other assignments from Manager.
