About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our infrastructure team. You will be responsible for building and managing scalable, secure, and automated cloud environments, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure.

• Develop and manage deployment pipelines and automation workflows.

• Build and maintain application packaging and configuration for container orchestration platforms.

• Manage secrets and configuration across multiple environments.

• Implement system monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure high availability.

• Participate in incident response, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.

• Optimize systems for cost, performance, and reliability.

• Collaborate across teams to improve delivery speed and system resilience.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Engineering roles.

• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking concepts.

• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code and container orchestration.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline design and operations.

• Proficient in scripting or programming (e.g., Bash, Python, Node.js, Go).

• Solid understanding of system security, access control, and best practices.

• Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with GitOps or progressive deployment strategies.

• Experience with autoscaling and cloud cost optimization.

• Knowledge of compliance or security frameworks (e.g. ISO, SOC, CIS).

• Prior experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring team members.
