The Opportunity
You will serve as a key creative force within the marketing function, responsible for shaping, executing, and evolving Virtus Medical Group’s visual identity across online and offline channels. This role requires both strategic maturity and tactical excellence, as well as an appreciation for the sensitivities, responsibilities, and trust dynamics inherent in healthcare communications.
This position is ideal for a designer who:
- Understands that healthcare branding demands clarity, empathy, and credibility
- Is equally comfortable creating a master brand system or producing final‑ready artwork
- Takes ownership from ideation through execution, quality control, and deployment
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Leadership
- Interpret and evolve Virtus Medical Group’s brand identity while maintaining consistency, credibility, and regulatory awareness
- Translate complex medical and clinical concepts into clear, patient‑friendly visual communications
- Act as a brand guardian across all visual outputs, ensuring alignment with brand standards and healthcare best practices
Hands‑On Design & Artwork Production
- Independently design and produce high‑quality final artwork across digital and print media
- Create marketing and communication materials including (but not limited to):
- Brand and campaign visuals
- Website and landing page graphics
- Social media content and digital advertising assets
- Patient education materials and infographics
- Brochures, flyers, posters, signage, and out‑of‑home materials
- Presentation decks and internal communications
- Prepare production‑ready files and liaise with printers, vendors, and digital teams as required
Integrated Marketing Support (Online & Offline)
- Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and clinical stakeholders to support campaigns, service launches, and brand initiatives
- Design assets that support performance marketing, content marketing, and corporate communications
- Adapt creative effectively across platforms while maintaining visual coherence
Quality, Process & Collaboration
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in all deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Provide creative input, guidance, and constructive feedback within the marketing team
Required Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- 5+ years of professional experience as a graphics designer, with strong hands‑on execution throughout your career
- Demonstrated excellence in healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, wellness, or regulated‑industry branding and marketing
- Proven experience working across both digital and print formats
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects or similar is a plus)
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Brand systems and campaign work
- Finished production artwork
- Healthcare or complex informational design (highly preferred)
Strategic & Professional Skills
- Deep understanding of healthcare communication principles, patient trust, and ethical branding
- Ability to balance creativity with regulatory awareness, accuracy, and sensitivity
- Strong conceptual thinking paired with exceptional executional discipline
- Confident communicator able to engage with both creative and non‑creative stakeholders
