Position Overview 

This role ensures end-to-end quality assurance in a regulated manufacturing environment. The specialist will maintain Quality Management Systems, focusing on product change management, and review product documentation to ensure compliance with specifications. Responsibilities include following site production procedures, monitoring the full production process for quality and efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Support the quality assurance efforts by implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems, with a strong focus on product change management. 

• Review and check product-related documentation, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met throughout the production process. 

• Follow the production procedures set by the Zhuhai Site factory, maintaining compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards. 

• Familiarize yourself with the entire production process to ensure quality and efficiency at every stage. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. 

• Preferred experience in project management within the pharmaceutical, supplement, or food industries. 

Who We're Looking For 

• A degree holder in Chemistry, Chinese Medicines, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Studies, or related disciplines. 

• Relevant experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical, supplement, or food industries. 

• Strong understanding of product change management and quality control processes. 

• Excellent dedication to detail and commitment to ensuring high-quality standards. 

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 

• Preferred project management experience.
