Position Overview 
This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining comprehensive Quality Management Systems, including change management and document control, within a regulated manufacturing environment. The position manages qualification and validation processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key duties include conducting team training to foster a customer-focused QA approach and ensuring strict compliance with HK government regulatory requirements—particularly related to CEPA, cross-border/GBA business, and GMP license management. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems, including change management and document control. 

• Manage qualification and validation processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in business practices. 

• Conduct training sessions for team members to promote a customer-focused approach in quality assurance. 

• Ensure compliance with License & Registration requirements with the HK government, particularly related to CEPA, cross-border, and GBA business, as well as the management of GMP licenses. 

Who We're Looking For 

• A degree holder in Chemistry, Chinese Medicines, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Studies, or related disciplines. 

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or FMCG industry, with at least 2 years in a senior role. 

• Preferred experience in pharmaceutical or supplement manufacturing, with a background in Regulatory Affairs or Quality Assurance. 

• Strong collaboration skills and a passion for continuous learning and self-growth. 

• Motivated to excel in a steady manufacturing environment. 

• Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
