MAIN DUTIES

• Supervises Sales Representatives to achieve company objectives

• Review and monitor sales performance in progress for achieving planned sales target

• Identifies all relevant trends and implications within the market.

• Develop strategies and tactics for running the business.

• Provide data based rational to support forecast and control the expense

• Seeks continually to identify new customer needs and build a business relationship with key internal and external key players

• Delivers sustained competitive advantages at merchandising

• Assist in handling customer complaints

• Design and compiles relevant sales report

• Performs other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in fast moving consumer products field, with at least 2 years at supervisory level.

• Proficiency in Chinese and English

• With sense of financial awareness and sense of urgency

• Willing to work under pressure

• Leading people with passion

• Accountability for achievement

• Possesses Can Do Attitude

• With valid driving 1 license
