Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sourcing, supplier evaluation, cost comparison, and price negotiation in a systematic manner and taking full accountability for tasks and outcomes.

• Gather necessary documents from stakeholders for purchase order issuance.

• Manage and prioritize the job assignment to ensure the completion of procurement activities on time.

• Support and coordinate procurement activities to ensure the workflow comply with the Company and procurement policy & procedure and work closely with cross functional teams to achieve smooth operation process.

• Provide support in developing policies, procedure, templates and strategies to fulfill procurement obligation.

• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in procurement related procedure and practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Manage and maintain procurement information, files and records.

• Consolidate market intelligence and prepare regular procurement reports.

• Ad-hoc jobs as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor graduate in Purchasing or Supply Chain or Business Administration or other related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, English with good communication skills.

• Proficiency in SRM, SAP and Microsoft Office.
