Key Responsibilities:

• Implement / monitor Food Safety Management System (FSMS), e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000 & FSSC 22000, Organic, Halal, NSF and follow up annual certification audit on time

• Perform regular GMP audit in factory and follow up the effectiveness of corrective actions taken and communicate with related parties for improvement

• Assist in equipment calibration and verification

• Coordinate internal audit & line inspection to evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions and preventive measures taken, and ensure the procedures are properly executed and evaluate the feasibility for enhancement

• Assist in risk analysis for equipment and facility change through risk management, risk assessment and risk communication

• Assist in implementing 5S project and other quality improvement project

• Assist in maintaining the product testing and calibration schedule

• Support and perform ad hoc projects and other duties as required

Requirements:

• University degree or above in Food Science, Food Safety, Food Technology, Quality Management or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience of quality management / quality assurance in food industry, better in food manufacturing

• Experience in conducting supplier audit and internal audit of GMP and FSMS, with internal / lead auditor training certificate is advantageous

• Knowledge in Organic certification and HALAL certification is advantageous

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (09:00-17:30), Alternative Saturday (09:00-13:00)
