Major Duties:
(a)     To support multimedia programming and production services;
(b)     To assist in the development and maintenance of content management websites;
(c)     To support audio and video production services, including pre-production and post-production;
(d)     To create various materials for print and digital collateral, such as posters, websites, brochures etc.;
(e)     To create 2D and 3D animation materials for multimedia production;
(f)      To provide photography and technical support to events and activities; and
(g)     To assist in the procurement and inventory control of relevant stores, software licenses and consumables.
      
Requirements:
(a)     A recognised diploma or higher certificate in Multimedia / Digital Media / Creative Media / Information and Communications Technology / Web-based Technology, or equivalent;
(b)     At least 2 years’ relevant work experience;
(c)     Experience in desktop publishing and video production programs; e.g. Adobe CC – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere & After Effect, in Windows or Mac platforms; and experience in setting up and maintenance of computer laboratories and workshop;
(d)     Preferably with experience / knowledge in some of the following areas:
      (i)     Multimedia and IT-related technical support
      (ii)     Video Conference and Live streaming technical support
(e)     Good communication and problem solving skills;
(f)     A good team player with the ability to work independently and able to meet tight deadline; and
(g)     The ability to pass a trade test.
      
Notes:
(1)     Applicants are required to highlight their relevant work experience and job knowledge in their curriculum vitae.
(2)     Shortlisted candidates will be required to present their portfolio (e.g. Website(s), multimedia production works) during the interview.
(3)     The appointee(s) may be required to work on shift / outside normal office hours.
(4)     Immediate availability is preferred.
