Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Define target audience segments and develop buyer personas. Analyze industry data to identify growth opportunities.

• Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling product messaging and value propositions. Assist in developing compelling product packaging and impactful sales enablement materials, including product sheets, presentations, brochures, etc. Differentiate products from competitors through unique selling points (USPs). Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

• Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Lead and implement product launches & life-cycle marketing campaigns; develop pricing strategies & promotional plans. Collaborate with product development, sales, and regulatory teams to align on product features and benefits.

• Budget Planning & Performance Tracking: Oversee Budget planning, monitoring and control with accurate projection & effective ROI. Monitor and analyze the performance to provide actionable feedback for future campaigns and refine marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 0-2 years relevant experience is preferred (Welcome Fresh Graduates as Assistant Product Executive)

• Well Understanding of Artificial intelligence tools

• Ability to work independently with a passion for achievement, strong strategic thinking, and project management skills with analytical thinking

• Effective collaboration skills across teams

• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Willing to travel Europe and Mainland China
