Responsibilities:

• Distributor management for ASEAN countries

• Forecast planning by product level with distributors, reviewed monthly based on sales

• Weekly communication with distributors to ensure sell-in and sell-through align with plans

• Business trips for store checks and retailer meetings as needed

• Individual contributor, not people leader

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferred with at least 3 years experience in sales & marketing or related fields

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Initiative and detail-minded with good sense of responsibility

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently on multi-tasks, aggressive and self-motivated and work under stress

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
