Responsibilities

• Assist the Event Manager in organising and executing a full range of event logistics for staff events, including corporate events, conferences, annual dinners, team-building activities, wellness programmes and ESG events

• Identify suitable venues and coordinate with vendors, suppliers and other service providers

• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of events and projects

• Prepare event flyers and other promotional materials

• Oversee event setup and provide on-site event management to ensure smooth execution

• Maintain accurate records of all event details, registrations, evaluations and post-event feedback for future reference and improvement

• Perform ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility, initiative and the ability to manage various projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Event Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related discipline

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in event management, experience gained from public relations or event companies/ agencies will be an advantage

• Strong English and Chinese language skills

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively

• Proactive, good leadership, self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently, able to work in a multi-disciplinary team

• Willingness to travel to China when required
