Office Location:  Lai Chi Kok/ Cheung Sha Wan (Near MTR Station)

Responsibilities:

• To handle the general administrative tasks and clerical duties for the department.

• Support daily sales operations, including the preparation of purchase order, sales order, running regular sales reports to management and filing.

• Maintain the database of customers, pricing and sales order information.

• Responsible for samples arrangement & HK office showroom management.

• Coordinate with both internal and external parties for logistic and delivery arrangement.

• To handle the general customer enquiries.

• Support Sales team and provide all necessary back-end operational assistance to the team.

• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Occasionally travel to China as required.

Requirements:

• Degree or above

• Any sales experience will be a plus

• Work independent and responsible

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.

• Willing to learn, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin

• Professional in MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing

• Immediate availability is an advantage

Offer :

• Salary (negotiable)

• 5 days work per week (9:00am – 6:00pm)
