Responsibilities:

• Managing a team or assisting the engagement partner in designing and taking the lead in executing the day-to-day activities of risk management and internal audit review engagements and / or advisory engagements for our listed clients / undergoing IPO applications in Hong Kong

• Participate in proposal development, project scoping, delivery risk management and the review of deliverables

• Provide insights to clients via qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and rating, risk management strategy and relevant internal control objectives

• Review, analyse, inspect and evaluate the implementation of control operations, identify internal control weaknesses and provide value-added recommendations

• Prepare ESG reporting in accordance with ESG Reporting Guide of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange and / or similar requirements in other countries; and

• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting / Finance or related discipline

• Qualified accountant with at least 3-4 years of professional internal audit/internal control related experiences

• Experience working within risk assessment, internal audit, internal control, operation audit or compliance function as an internal employee or as part of a professional services firm

• Strong communication and writing skills in English and Chinese including Putonghua

• Confident in networking with clients/contacts for business development opportunities

• A good leader capable of training, coaching and developing team staff

• Willing to travel on business needs

• Candidate with extensive experience may be considered for the position of Manager.
