Responsibilities:

• Managing a team or assisting the engagement partner in carrying out quality audit and other assurance services to clients across various industries including the Financial Services industry

• Managing all aspects of audit engagement including planning, administration, staff scheduling, staff coaching, execution and closely monitoring engagement progress to ensure pre-agreed deadlines and milestones are met

• Managing relationships with clients effectively

• Providing guidance, coaching and constructive feedback to team members

• Assisting with the preparation of audit proposals and presentations

• Finance analysis reporting and financial statement reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in accounting or business related discipline

• Qualified accountant with at least 4-5 years of professional audit and assurance related experience; experience with SFC company will be an advantage

• Strong communication and writing skills in English and Chinese including Putonghua

• Confident in networking with clients/contacts for business development opportunities

• A good leader capable of training, coaching and developing team staff

• Willing to travel on business needs
