We are a leading shipping company and now are looking for high caliber person to fill the following position:
CUSTOMER SERVICES CLERK (COUNTER)

Full time

$15,000 – $18,000 per month

Job Description:

  • Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and operational experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with import/export counter document collection (eRO / BL) and telex release procedures.
  • Communicating & coordinating with customers and overseas offices
  • Documents & records filing, data entry
  • Perform a variety of counter transactions & balance daily transactions

Requirement :

  • High School graduates or above with one year working experience preferred
  • Preferably with positive working attitude and strong teamwork spirit
  • Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Basic computer skills, including Ms Office, Outlook, Excel and general documentation systems.
  • Immediate available is an advantage

Generous remuneration package (includes double pay & bonus, meal reimbursement, medical & dental benefit, group health check plan and training subsidies, etc.) will be offered to the right candidate.
