Assistant Product Manager／Product Manager

Position Summary


We are looking for a passionate and business-driven Product Manager to lead the development of our digital products across the smart mobility and smart infrastructure ecosystem.

Our technology portfolio includes intelligent parking management, self-service car sharing, and EV charging solutions. These products combine SaaS platforms, mobile applications, cloud services, IoT devices, and intelligent operating systems to deliver seamless digital experiences for both end users and enterprise customers.

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product roadmap, gathering business requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable, and customer-centric digital products.



Key Responsibilities


Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.

  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

  • Balance short-term delivery goals with long-term product evolution.



Product Planning & Ownership

  • Gather and analyse business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Translate requirements into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog.

  • Define product releases and feature priorities.

  • Drive the product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous improvement.



Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with UI/UX Designers to create intuitive and consistent user experiences.

  • Partner with Software Engineers to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

  • Collaborate with the System Engineer on hardware integration, system testing, and deployment for products involving connected devices and smart infrastructure.

  • Coordinate with Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to ensure product alignment with operational and commercial needs.



Product Delivery

  • Lead sprint planning and product review activities with the development team.

  • Monitor development progress, resolve blockers, and manage delivery risks.

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production rollout.

  • Ensure product quality and readiness before release.



Customer Experience & Product Growth

  • Continuously improve the customer journey across web platforms, mobile applications, and operational systems.

  • Analyse user behaviour, customer feedback, and operational data to identify enhancement opportunities.

  • Define and monitor product KPIs to measure product performance and business outcomes.

  • Drive continuous optimisation through data-driven decision-making.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, technology, mobility, IoT, smart city, EV charging, or related industries is an advantage.

  • Proven experience managing digital products throughout the complete product lifecycle.

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.

  • Experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple products and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SaaS platforms, mobile applications, cloud-based systems, or IoT-connected products.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product Design, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success.

  • Knowledge of intelligent transportation, parking systems, mobility services, or EV charging technologies is an advantage is a plus.

  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and modern software architecture is a advantage.
