Software Engineer

Position Summary


We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our Technology Team and support the continuous development of our digital products across the organization.

Our technology portfolio includes intelligent parking management, self-service car sharing, and EV charging solutions. You will contribute to the development and enhancement of multiple products, delivering scalable, reliable, and high-quality software that supports both business growth and customer experience.

Working closely with Product Management, UI/UX Designers, and Software Engineers, you will develop new features, improve existing systems, and participate in technical initiatives that benefit multiple products across our technology ecosystem.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software solutions across multiple digital products.

  • Design, develop, and enhance backend services and business applications.

  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations.

  • Collaborate with Product Management and UI/UX Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Work closely with Software Engineers across different product areas to deliver high-quality software and promote engineering best practices.

  • Participate in software architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.

  • Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and production support.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

  • Support software deployment, release management, and continuous product improvement initiatives.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

  • 3+ years of software development experience.

  • Strong experience with backend development and RESTful API design.

  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL.

  • Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.

  • Good understanding of software architecture, system integration, and scalable application design.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with PHP (Laravel) or other modern backend frameworks.

  • Experience with Node.js, Java, or other backend technologies.

  • Experience with React Native, Flutter, or other cross-platform mobile development frameworks.

  • Experience building SaaS platforms or cloud-based applications.

  • Experience integrating third-party services and external APIs.

  • Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architecture, or distributed systems.

  • Knowledge of Docker, Linux, Nginx, or cloud infrastructure is an advantage.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
