工作地點 : 沙田/ 尖沙咀

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide customer service in a professional manner, advising and assisting customers with their choices of products.
• Develop working knowledge of the products and sales service techniques, to keep strong product knowledge of the entire line of products.
• Achieve the Sales Target defined and maximize the business potential to assist in store operations as assigned.
• Capture customers information and actively develop customers groups to maintain long-term relationship with potential customers.
• Complete daily operation task including but not limited to display merchandises according to guidelines, ensure all aspects of the Store are clean and tidy, perform sales transactions, reports and stock transfer, and other duties as assigned etc.

 QUALIFICATIONS

• High expectation placed on teamwork and the ability to work professionally with fellow sales.
• Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill.
• Good administrative skills, adaptability and customer service attitude.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Good PC skills such as MS Office.
• Previous experience in retail is a plus.
• Accept weekend shifts work.
