JOBS

• Responsible for daily operations of the local and overseas e-commerce platforms

• Maintain seamless online store operations, driving online sales performance, customer retention and expanding the brand’s presence across local and overseas marketplace platforms

• Day-to-day website enhancements (i.e. product listings and content updates)

• Responsible for overseeing e-commerce marketing channels and various social media and providing timely, responsive and positive support

• Handle marketplace onboarding, interpretation and compliance with marketplace rules, store setup and maintenance and utilization of marketplace data tools

• Manage post-sales fulfillment operations, including order processing, packing, logistics coordination

• Handle follow-up orders, after-sales service, and customer support

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years’ experience in e-commerce

• Hands-on experience on any e-commerce platform (e.g. Shopify, shopee, JD, 小紅書)

• Proficiency in PC applications, e.g. MS Office and Chinese word-processing

• Good command of written English and Chinese

• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Organized, effective interpersonal, communications and problem-solving skills

WE OFFER:

Full Time: $18,000 - 20,000 / Month

• 5 working days

• Working hours:  Mon to Fri 8:30-17:15

• Working Location: nearby Whampoa / Ho Man Tin MTR Station
