Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Estate Manager

• Ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport with owners/ residents/ tenants

• Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided

• Monitor the performance of maintenance, security, cleaning, landscape, control and other services teams

• Attend regular meetings and prepare reports

• Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide information/activities and resolve problems arising from residents/tenants

• Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties

Job Requirements:

• Level 3 or above in five (5) subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or Grade C or above in three other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) , which may include Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent

• Team player, mature, responsible, independent, service oriented and good interpersonal skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
