• HKCEE or HKDSE graduate• Holder of valid SPP (Category B) and QAS training certificate• 1 year’s customer service experience in property management, hotel or serviced apartments preferred• To assist in the day-to-day management, operation and maintenance works of a new commercial property• To manage the concierge counter and turnstile system• To handle general enquiries, complaints and support building activities• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills• Good PC skills including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua• 5-day work• 9 hours per day• Shift duty required
