Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive sales growth through traditional trade channels including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen business relationships to ensure the brand’s strong visibility and product availability.

• Plan, execute, and monitor trade promotions and in-store activities to enhance sell-out performance.

• Set and manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, and develop action plans to meet and exceed them.

• Monitor sell-in and sell-out data to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Manage store stock levels, ensure timely order placements, and support inventory planning.

• Coordinate promoter placement planning and field activation strategies to maximize market reach.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in General Trade sales within the FMCG industry.

• Solid understanding of traditional retail channel dynamics.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Good analytical skills to track and improve performance based on data insights.
