Senior Human Resources Manager

Reporting to the Global Human Resources Director, the incumbent leads and coaches a Global HR team on areas of manpower planning, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, training & development and employee relations.

Job Accountabilities

  • A strategic HR partner providing professional advice to Global Human Resources Director on organizational and talent development, and partners with business managers on HR issues for 15 offshore offices
  • Ensure overall people management strategy and able to support the business operation and expansion in Corporate office & all offshore offices
  • Review HR policies, procedures and workflow to ensure they are efficiently implemented and comply with local laws & regulations in all offshore offices
  • Act as a leading role in Corporate HR department and supervise HR team
  • Work closely with offshores’ office HR to handle all HR related matters
  • Liaise with business managers for identifying the hiring needs, job descriptions, selection criteria, hiring budgets and undergoing proper approval process
  • Lead all C&B projects in all offices, such as but not limited to, annual salary increment, salary survey, medical insurances renewal & monthly payroll
  • Lead and participate in HR and CSR projects
  • Prepare management reports
  • Ensure high quality standard of HR services is delivered

Job Requirements

  • Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 12 years’ HR experience, in which at least 3 years in managerial position
  • Experience in corporate headquarter HR department is a must; gained from sizable, multi-national sourcing or trading industry will be an advantage
  • Well versed in HK & PRC labor laws, employment practices and other related legislations
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations in our world-wide countries, like India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Indonesia etc. is a plus
  • Experience in talent sourcing through social media platform
  • Well organized, initiative, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility & be able to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong in PC knowledge, especially in MS Excel is a must
  • Excellent in spoken & written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
  • Occasional travel is required
