HR and Admin Manager 人事及行政部经理

Responsibilities 职责

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to sourcing effective channels, advertisement posting, screening, offer handling, on board arrangement, etc. 负责端到端的招聘流程，包括但不限于寻找有效渠道、广告发布、筛选、确认应聘处理、入职安排等
  • Responsible for monthly payroll, MPF submission, annual salary tax filing, and medical insurance负责每月发薪、递交强积金、年度薪俸报税及医疗保险
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and market competitiveness for employment terms, benefits and incentive program确保雇佣条款、福利和激励计划的合规性和市场竞争力
  • Responsible for employee records and leave administration负责员工记录和休假管理
  • Report to Director向董事汇报

Requirements 要求

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline人力资源管理或相关学士学位
  • Minimum of 8 years' relevant working experience至少 8 年相关工作经验
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Employee Compensation Ordinance, other labour related legislations including personal data privacy and discrimination熟悉《雇佣条例》、《雇员补偿条例》和其他劳工相关法例，包括个人私隐法和歧视法
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin良好的英语、粤语和普通话书面和口语能力
