Legal Department – Manager 法务部经理

Responsibilities 职责

  • Closely working with internal legal counsel to handle cases related to M&A and equity capital market transactions与内部法律顾问密切合作，处理与并购和股权资本市场交易相关的事宜
  • Review, draft and negotiate agreements审查、起草和谈判协议
  • Handle general commercial matters in relation to the regions of Hong Kong and the Mainland China处理有关香港及中国内地地区的一般商业事宜
  • Report to Internal Legal Counsel向内部法律顾问汇报

Requirements 要求

  • Degree in legal discipline法律学士学位
  • Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer香港合资格律师
  • Minimum of 15 years' relevant working experience至少 15 年相关工作经验
  • Knowledge of oil and gas industry and property industry is preferred了解油气行业和房地产行业者优先
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, both written and verbal are required能操流利的普通话、粤语和英语
