Senior Secretary and Executive Assistant 高级秘书兼行政助理

Responsibilities 职责

  • Handle business and personal matters of Senior Executive处理高级行政人员的商业及个人事务
  • Maintain statutory records to private office维护私人办公室的法定记录
  • Report to Senior Executive向高级行政人员汇报

Requirements 要求

  • Degree, preferably with formal secretarial training学士学位，接受过正式的秘书培训者优先
  • Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience至少 8 年相关工作经验
  • Knowledge of wine industry and aviation industry is preferred对葡萄酒行业和航空行业熟悉者优先
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese良好的中英文口语和书写能力
