Responsibilities :

• Pre. Contract & post contract QS works and cost control;

• Subletting of projects works;

• Liaise with Clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal Project Staff for commercial matters.

Job Requirements: -

• A holder of Degree/ Higher Diploma in Building & construction related discipline;

• Minimum 5 years QS related work experience;

• Experience in luxury fitting out projects will be an advantage;

• Self-motivated and can work independently;

• Need to station at site office if required;

• Good PC knowledge; 

• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese;
