What You’ll Do

Project Coordination & Execution

• Support Project Managers in delivering retail design and production projects from concept to completion

• Ensure smooth coordination across all project stages, maintaining timelines and quality standards

Project Documentation & Progress Tracking

• Prepare and maintain key project documents such as quotations, schedules, material lists, and reports

• Track project timelines and proactively follow up on action items to ensure timely delivery

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Design, Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Installation teams

• Ensure accurate communication and seamless execution across departments

Supplier & Production Coordination

• Liaise with vendors and factories on samples, materials, production schedules, and deliveries

• Monitor progress to ensure alignment with project timelines

Client Support & Communication

• Assist in preparing presentations, meeting materials, and progress updates

• Participate in client meetings and support follow-ups to ensure clear alignment

Quality & Detail Management

• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, client expectations, and internal quality requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or above in any discipline

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination within the retail, interior design, or production industry

• Presentable, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently

• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, patient, and well-organized

• Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, including occasional overtime or overnight work when required

• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
