Key Responsibilities:

• Exhibition Installation & On-Site Execution:
  Perform on-site setup and installation of retail exhibitions, fixtures, counters, display stands, POP structures, lightboxes, and related retail fixtures according to drawings and project requirements.

• Technical Testing & Adjustment:
  Conduct post-installation testing, alignment, and fine-tuning to ensure structural safety, stability, and the best visual presentation that aligns with brand standards.

• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
  Efficiently identify and resolve on-site technical issues to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.

• Tool & Equipment Management:
  Maintain and properly manage all installation tools, equipment, and materials.

• Site Coordination & Reporting:
  Provide regular installation progress updates and site status reports to supervisors and Project Managers.

• Safety & Quality Compliance:
  Ensure workmanship meets safety standards, company procedures, and retail site requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience Requirements:

  • Candidates with 6 years or more of experience in retail exhibition setup, retail counter/display fixture installation, shopfitting, or related fields will be hired as Senior Exhibition Installation Technician.

  • Candidates with 2 to 5 years of the above-mentioned relevant experience will be hired as Mid-Level Exhibition Installation Technician.

• Secondary school education or above (training in engineering, carpentry, fixture/display installation is preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in installation, on-site engineering, retail counter/display setup, shopfitting, or related works preferred.

• Proficient knowledge and practical skills in operating power tools.

• Ability to read basic construction or dimension drawings is preferred.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently on site.

• Good time management and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to the fast-paced work environment of the exhibition and event industry.

• Able to work flexible hours based on installation schedules (retail projects may require night work).

• Holder of valid Hong Kong Driving Licence is an advantage.

• 零售展覽安裝及現場執行：
  根據圖紙和項目要求，現場安裝零售展覽、貨架、櫃檯、展示架、POP結構、燈箱及相關零售配件。

• 技術測試及調整：
  進行安裝後測試、校準和微調，以確保結構的安全性、穩定性及達到品牌要求的最佳視覺效果。

• 技術排查及問題解決：

  妥善保養及管理安裝工具、設備及相關物料。

• 進度匯報：
  向主管或項目經理提交安裝進度及現場狀況報告。

• 安全及質量控制：
  確保施工質量達標並符合安全規範及公司流程。

職位要求：

• 經驗要求 (分級制度)：

  • 具備 6年或以上零售展覽安裝、零售櫃檯/展示架安裝、店面裝潢或相關工作經驗者，將獲聘為高級展覽安裝技術員。

  • 具備 2至5年上述相關工作經驗者，將獲聘為中級展覽安裝技術員。

• 中學及以上學歷（曾接受工程、木工、固定裝置/展覽展示安裝培訓）。

• 具備熟練的電動工具操作知識。

• 能閱讀簡單施工圖或尺寸圖者更佳。

• 有責任感、積極主動及能獨立處理現場工作。

• 具備良好的時間管理及溝通能力，能適應展覽及活動行業的工作節奏。

• 能夠根據展覽及零售項目的進度彈性安排工作時間（零售項目可能需要夜班）。

• 持有香港正式駕駛執照者優先。
