Job Responsibilities:
1. Recording Financial Transactions: Record all financial transactions, such as sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Maintain detailed records of these transactions using accounting software or manual ledgers.
2. Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable: Track and manage accounts payable, including recording and paying bills, and accounts receivable. Ensure that invoices are issued, payments are received, and outstanding balances are reconciled.
3. Reserve Bank Account Budget for Daily Operating Activities: Ensure that all entries are accurate and up-to-date to maintain the reserve bank account balance for daily operating activities.
4. Managing Financial Documentation: Maintain and organise financial documents, including invoices, receipts, bank statements, and other relevant records. Ensure that all documents are properly filed and easily accessible for audits and financial analysis.
5. Complete ad hoc job assignment as directed by higher management.
Qualifications:
1. Graduation from the DSE (Diploma of Secondary Education) or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role is a plus.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel.
4. Proficiency in written Chinese

Working Conditions: Part-time
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, any 2-3 days.
- Hourly Rate: $80-100 per hour.
- Minimum Working Hours: 5 hours per day.
