Job Description:

Associate (EL/MVAC)/ Project Engineer/ Sr. Engineer/ Engineer (EL/MVAC/PD):

• Responsible for building services design;

• Project delivery including preparation of reports, statutory submissions and presentations;

• Conduct site inspections and attend meetings;

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities from concept to detailed design and construction administration.

Engineer (BS/FM):

• Assist in preparing project documentation, including drawings, specifications, technical reports, and submissions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Associate (EL/MVAC):

• Minimum 12 years of experience in design and project management;

• Membership in MHKIE or an equivalent professional institution;

• Minimum 2 years’ post-professional qualification experience;

• Experience in HK Housing Authority or residential projects is required.

Project Engineer / Senior Engineer (EL/MVAC/PD):

• Minimum 8 years of experience in design and project management;

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline;

• Experience in overseas projects is an advantage.

Engineer (EL/MVAC/PD):

• Minimum 5 years of experience in design and project management;

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline;

• Experience in the Macau project is an advantage.

Engineer (BS/FM):

• 0-4 years of relevant experience;

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Facility Management or Building Services Engineering or a related discipline;

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
