Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing systems, network infrastructure maintenance and administration of a sophisticated environment across the corporation.

• Monitor, administer and regular backup of file servers, web servers, mail servers, firewalls, and other network appliances.

• Computer related inventory control including hardware and software across the corporation.

• Monitor the server room and ensure IT storage areas remain clean, organized, and properly labelled at all times.

• Liaise with external vendors, obtain quotations, compare costs, and recommend cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines.

• 2 years or above experience on end user IT support.

• Familiar with common office hardware (e.g., printers, VoIP phones, meeting room systems).

• With solid support experience in Windows/Linux servers, PC and Lan installation.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills and able work independently.

• Regular travel to our Yuen Long factory is required.
