Responsibilities:

• Review various legal documents and correspondences with a diverse range of counterparties including suppliers, distributors, service providers and contractors to identify all key risks, relevant terms and conditions.

• Manage database and system for legal and IP documents such as Trademark etc.

• Assist with trademark applications, registrations, and provide advice on protection strategies.

• With the assistance of external counsel, handle intellectual property matters for business and operational units.

• Liaising with external counsel and other counterparties.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in legal or related disciplines.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a law firm.

• Experience in intellectual property matters preferred.

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.

• Independent, well organized with attention to details, proactive with strong sense of responsibility.

• Good team player and strong interpersonal skills.

• Good command in MS Office & Chinese Word processing.
