We are dedicated to creating engaging, interactive learning experiences for children and empowering parents. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Local Marketing team and help drive our offline footprint, event presence, and partnership networks.

Job Purpose

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager (Events), you will play a pivotal role in organizing and executing our vibrant marketing activities, major expos (including the Book Fair, Edu Expo, and Baby Shows), seminars, and joint promotional campaigns. You will also manage event logistics, partner relationships, and the creation of essential sales collateral.

Key Responsibilities

·         Partnership Collaboration: Explore, identify, and establish collaboration opportunities with new partners and venue for exposure.

·         Event Promotion & Data Management: Promote upcoming events through digital channels (social media, eDMs, and partner platforms).

·         Event & Expo Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and operating monthly sales activities, and annual major expos.

·         On-site Execution: Work with sales agents for marketing events (e.g., trial class, seminars & webinars). Manage on-site logistics, props, promotional flyers, gifts, and part-time helper arrangements for major exhibitions.

·         Sales Material & Premium Management: Source, design, and produce premium gifts and event props. Monitor and manage inventory levels for all marketing premiums.

·         Collateral & Digital Assets: Create visual assets and printed promotional materials for digital sales pitching decks, sales kits, and regular distributor/agent use.

·        Occasional duties during weekends and/or public holidays.

Requirements

·         Diploma or degree holder preferably in business administration or marketing.

·         1–3 years of hands-on experience in event marketing (experience in the parent-child, baby product, or education sector is highly preferred).

·         Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a sharp eye for logistical details and inventory control.

·         Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).

·        Basic design literacy for coordinating visuals is an advantage.
