Minimum Qualification Required:-

• An associate degree or a higher diploma preferably in communication, journalism, public relations or equivalent; and

• Experience related to public relation, publicity or journalism; and

• Experience in releasing press materials and handling general public enquiries preferably.

Duties of Work:-

• Present the works progress as directed by the Engineer;

• Preparing press materials, including but not limited to public consultation plans, banners, pamphlets, leaflets, posters and reports,

• Attending public consultation meetings which may also be arranged at night as directed by the Engineer;

• Liaising, handling complaints and enquiries from District Officers, members of District Councils, general public, residents, relevant management offices, Owners' Corporation, members of Legislative Council and any other parties as directed by the Engineer; and

• Liaising and coordinating with other permittees in Excavation Permit (XP) applications.
