Sales Co-ordinater

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the sales department and ensuring smooth sales processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to daily sales activities, including preparation of issuing sales order, invoices, sales report and analysis

  • Coordinate with both internal and external parties

  • Operate ERP system accurately

  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above

  • Minimum 3 years related working experience

  • Independent, self-motivated, details-minded, responsible and capable of working under pressure

  • Good communication skills in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) & Chinese word processing 

  • Immediately available preferred
