Inventory & Shipping Clerk

We are a well-established online retailer specialising in children's wear, selling across major Amazon marketplaces globally. We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Shipping Clerk to support our growing logistics operations.

Job Duties:

• Inventory-related clerical work, including preparing picking & packing documents, printing DHL & FedEx airwaybills, inputting inventory in/out data, and verifying stock accuracy

• Shipping-related clerical work, including creating shipping plans in Amazon Seller Central, following up on shipment status, preparing customs clearance documents, and reconciling received quantities with Amazon

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

• 負責倉庫出貨相關文職工作：準備出貨清單及文件、打印 DHL & FedEx 運輸文件、準確輸入出入庫存記錄及協助盤點核對

• 負責出口運輸相關文職工作：在亞馬遜後台創建出貨計劃、跟進貨件運輸進度、與亞馬遜核對收貨數量

• 其他臨時工作

Requirements:

• Meticulous, patient, responsible, and able to work under pressure

• A strong team player — this role works closely with the warehouse and operations teams

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word

• Experience in Amazon FBA shipping or freight forwarding is an advantage

• Immediately available preferred
