Role Summary:
We are expanding and looking for a Business Development & Sales Associate – CDMO to help drive growth, build strong client relationships, and support commercial activities across APAC, the Middle East, and North America.
Job Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:- Support outreach, inbound inquiries, and pipeline tracking- Prepare first drafts of proposals, quotes, pitch decks, and client materials- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control) to gather technical details- Maintain CRM and follow up with clients consistently and professionally- Assist in organizing meetings, calls, facility tours, and presentations- Help research markets, competitors, and BD opportunities- Represent the company professionally as brand building- Provide clear and timely updates and communication to management
The selected candidate will be responsible for:- Strong relationship-building and networking skills- Strategic and commercially minded- Highly organized and detail-oriented- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to problem-solve proactively - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills- Takes ownership and initiative- Positive attitude and team-oriented
Qualification and requirements:
Master’s or PhD’s degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or related fields
3-5 years of experience (CRO/CDMO/biotech/medical device BD a plus)
Strong English and Chinese writing and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable interacting with clinicians, scientists, and business leaders
