Job Description:
 

• Monitoring, inspecting and maintenance HVAC systems.
  監控、檢查和維護 HVAC 系統。

• Commissioning, organizing, and assessing the work of contractors and vendors.
  委託、組織和評估承辦商和供應商的工作。

• Plan and execute for the maintenance and calibration work of company equipment.
  計劃和執行公司設備的維護和校準工作。

• Keep all maintenance and calibration records which fulfills GMP requirement.
  保存符合GMP要求的所有維護和校準記錄。

• Assists in supervising site works and help to overlook progress and timely updating department manager.
  協助監督現場工作，幫助監督進度並及時更新部門經理。

• Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
  上級或管理層交辦的其他職責。
   

Qualification and requirements:
 

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering, Building Service Engineering or related discipline; and
  機械工程/電氣工程、屋宇裝備工程或相關學科的學位或文憑； 和

• At least 2 years of experience in GMP manufacturing facility. Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker will have priority. Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Engineer or Technician.
  至少 2 年 GMP 生產設施經驗。 電業工程人員註冊證持有人優先。 經驗較少的候選人可考慮為助理工程師或技工。

• PC knowledge in AutoCAD, Office 365, Zoom or Teams, etc.
  擁有AutoCAD、Office 365、Zoom或Teams等電腦知識。

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, time management and prioritization skills.
  優秀的人際交往、溝通、解決問題、時間管理和優先排序能力。

• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  獨立、有上進心，能承受壓力。
