Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end accounting procedures, including account reconciliations, monthly journal entries and accruals

• Support payment workflows and routine operational expenses

• Prepare management accounts and reports for month-end closing purpose

• Prepare financial reports relating to Head Office or other regulatory or Census bodies

• Prepare annual budget in accordance with the Management’s overall business strategy and conduct regular review procedures to keep track of the implementation of the budget and make recommendations on budgetary control

• Support annual audit and tax filing processes

• Handle Ad-hoc assignment as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting or Business disciplines

• At least 2 years of working experience ideally in banks or financial institutions
  (Candidates with more experience will be considered as Finance Manager)

• Practical knowledge in auditing, financial analysis and budgeting is preferable

• Excellent report writing skill in Chinese

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Proficient in application of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
