Responsibilities:

• Headquarter office role

• Perform human resources support for restaurant, food factory and retail staff

• Responsible for employment contracts, rostering, attendance and leaves record, staff search, onboarding and general training

• Responsible for staff’s insurance, MPF and other work-related contracts and agreement

• Handle other administrative work

• Ad-hoc assignment by management

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience

• Diploma/degree holder in related disciplines (preferred)

• Strong numerical sense, good analytical and PC application skills including Excel, Word

• Good command of spoken & written Chinese & English or Japanese

• For F&B concepts, bakery, SEA cuisines 

• Immediately available or short period notice will be highly preferred
