Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key support to the Head of Finance & Accounting, helping to manage and coordinate the work of four core teams: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Billing.

• Serve as the first point of contact for team members, consolidating issues and resolving them where possible before escalation.

• Assist in streamlining workflows, improving team efficiency, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including our Japan-based holding company.

• Support in preparing financial reports and analysis as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to team coordination or supervisory duties.

• Strong Excel skills, especially in formula building and data manipulation.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Fluent in English & Cantonese and/or Japanese is a plus.
