Roles of position

• Oversees hardware, network operation and the software running on these platforms. Including on-premises and cloud based services.

Key duties

• Implement software to monitor hardware, network and services running on-premises and on cloud platforms

• Support cloud adoption with the cloud operation and delivery team aligning to the Technology Strategy

• Configure necessary logging and alarms to be triggered on any exception

• Manages hardware and software installations and upgrades

• Research and analyze technologies, write proposal to recommend system changes

• Coordinate with external parties and in-house resources to implement new technologies

• Maintain a high standard on security, comply with IT Security Policy and Personal Data Privacy Policy

• Maintain access control list for all internal/external users and service accounts, control users access in due course

• Procure and provide necessary software and hardware equipment to support office and remote working requirements

• Offers coaching, leadership, and training to manage staff performance

• Driving capacity planning, provisioning technologies to meet the growing needs of the business

• Safeguards assets by planning and implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures

• Maintains safe and healthy working environment by ensuring that information systems staff complies with organizational policies

• Collaborate and coordinate with internal users and external vendors in support of company initiatives

• Maintain weekly and monthly status reporting to Head of IT Division

Required languages

• Strong written and oral skills in Cantonese and English is essential. Mandarin is an advantage
