Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Ref. no. 35AQS26010020)

Responsibilities

  • Provide general quantity surveying and contract administration services for pre and post contract which include taking off quantities from drawings, scrutiny/preparation of cost estimates, tenders, contracts and subcontract documents, evaluation of variation order and payment claims and settlement of final accounts.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Higher Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • QS experience in Contractor and/or QS Consultant Firms.
  • Preferably with relevant experience in pre- and post-contract works.
  • Experience in construction project(s) using NEC contract would be ab advantage
