Finance Assistant / Senior Finance Assistant (Ref. no. 08FA/SFA26080138)

Responsibilities:

  • Process payments, update the bank ledger, and prepare related reports.
  • Reconcile and track bank statements.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
  • Provide support for ad hoc tasks as assigned.
  • For Senior Finance Assistant position, assist the finance officer in preparing the Monthly Cash Flow Report and Banking Facilities Report.

Requirements:

  • DSE or above.
  • LCC II or above.
  • Minimum of 3 years of financial/banking and related experience.
  • Mature, with strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to work overtime.

Location: 

  • Kowloon Bay
